This is another delicious chocolate brand of Bonvita. This chocolate is  the best alternative for people who are lactose intolerant but still want to enjoy a delicious piece of chocolate. Maitre Mathis uses rice powder instead of milk. This gives the chocolate a creamy and rich texture. Not only is it lactose free, but also gluten free and vegan. Maitre Mathis is sold in several large supermarkets in the Netherlands, like the Albert Heijn.
Except from the white chocolate, the Maitre Mathis products are not organic.
